One-Week Real Estate Activity Tracker

Time spent and time believed spent are rarely the same. The categories of real estate work look similar from the inside, so a week heavy on transaction execution can feel identical to a week heavy on creating new business.

This tracker logs entries as the week happens: the day, the category, the minutes and an optional note. It asks for no client names and no personal client information.

At the end it returns a neutral summary. Total hours, hours by category, how much went to creating future business, how much went to servicing clients and closing files, how much went to admin and training, and how much arrived unplanned. Nothing here grades the week.
