The coaching program
Twelve weeks of building, testing and deciding with evidence
Built Before You Leap is for agents who intend to build a real business while another job, another career or a major family responsibility still exists. The work is deliberate: define the business, test the assumptions, and let the evidence decide the timing.
Who it is built for
Licensed agents producing part time around a job, and agents who want the business defined and proven before a full time transition. People who would rather know the numbers than hope about them.
It is not a lead generation program, a script bootcamp or a motivational series. Nobody here will be told when to quit a job. The program builds the evidence that makes the decision obvious to the person making it.
About your coach
Brandon Bennett
Brandon is the Managing Broker at Epique Realty and a licensed Arizona real estate professional since 2016, a broker since 2024. Before real estate he retired from the United States Air Force as a Master Sergeant, with a career spent in training, evaluation, operations leadership, quality assurance, program management and business coaching. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Professional Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, a Certificate of College Instructor, and associate degrees in Instructor of Technology and Military Science and in Aviation Operations and Maintenance Technology from the Community College of the Air Force.
Built Before You Leap comes straight from that operating philosophy: build the systems, test the assumptions, measure the evidence, and only then make the decision. The program teaches agents to run their future business the way well run operations are run, on evidence instead of optimism.
What gets built over twelve weeks
A defined client
A primary client avatar built from lived experience and real relationships, not an invented niche. Written down, tested and revised as evidence arrives.
Economics that hold up
The income the household actually requires, the closings that produce it, the cost of doing business and the gap between the plan and the current pipeline.
A week that works
Protected blocks around the job that already exists, so the business grows in real hours instead of imaginary ones.
An operating model
How leads arrive, how clients are served, what gets taught publicly, and what stays off the plate until the business can support it.
The weekly rhythm
- 01
Live weekly coaching
One session each week with the group. Teaching, then real work on real businesses, then accountability on what was committed last week.
- 02
The Client Avatar Builder
A guided ten step tool that produces the written avatar and viability read the rest of the program is measured against.
- 03
The Evidence Lab
Eight interactive tools for producing evidence: interviews, income reality, commission math, the operating week, expenses, activity and assumption testing.
- 04
One commitment a week
One specific, observable action with something to bring back on Sunday. Small enough to finish. Real enough to teach something.
- 05
A coaching record that remembers
Every commitment, every session note and every artifact stays with the participant, so coaching picks up where it left off rather than starting over each week.
